This course aims to provide you with a practical understanding of essential project management skills. It covers the key concepts, tools, and techniques needed to manage projects successfully.
This course is suitable for people who are required to lead projects and who might not have a formal project management qualification. It is also great for those who are running their own projects, whether in their small businesses or as part of other organisations.
Demonstrate knowledge of the basics of project management
Understand the project lifecycle and the key roles and responsibilities in managing a project
Define project goals, scope, and stakeholder engagement strategies
Gain practical skills for creating project plans and monitoring project progress
Identify how to close projects and apply lessons learned in future projects
