The purpose of this course is to provide a deeper understanding of key legislation that governs the employment relationship. Both legislative requirements and best practices are covered. All employers and managers need to have a sound understanding of the rights and responsibilities of those involved in the employment relationship, to ensure effective management of workplace issues.
