This course will equip experienced leaders with the strategic, emotional, and practical skills necessary to navigate complex organisational challenges.

This course is suitable for people who have at least 12 months’ leadership experience and who would like to further develop their competence. It is also suitable for those who have mastered the foundations of leadership and now have their sights set on extending these skills.
